Medicare Plans Ending in 2027

The plans below end on December 31, 2026, in the counties listed. Affected members need replacement Medicare Advantage and/or prescription drug coverage unless their written notice confirms an automatic replacement.

Act during October 15 through December 7
Choose replacement coverage for January 1, 2027. Compare the number on your membership card with this list and keep your nonrenewal letter.
Your Special Enrollment Period
An ending plan or withdrawal from your county gives you additional enrollment time: December 8, 2026, through February 28, 2027. Enroll by December 31 for January 1 coverage. January enrollments start February 1; February enrollments start March 1. This extra time does not extend your old coverage.
If you do nothing
Without replacement coverage or an automatic reassignment, an ending Advantage plan returns you to Original Medicare; its extra benefits and included drug coverage end. An ending drug plan leaves you without that prescription coverage. Your Medicare Parts A and B remain in place.
